We have set forth a quality control program that is designed especially for shop installation.
The shop installation market requires jobs to be completed in a safe, timely and professional manner.
Our internal policy is outlined in a four point program that will insure that all of our projects are completed with total customer satisfaction:
 Tower Internal Tray Services, Inc. crew will have all the correct knowledge of the type and installation procedures for the trays to be installed. Metallurgy, Clearances, Settings, Orientations, and Torque are a few of the areas covered.
Equipment will meet or exceed the requirements set by the shop in which the installation will be performed.
Tower Internal Tray Services, Inc. will use our Five Point Inspection program to insure that each job completed will be of the Highest Quality.
Welding procedures will be outlined separately according to the requirements in the drawings.
Correct trays for section of tower required
Proper hardware for the section as required
Insure that the proper MANWAY hardware is used (410 bolts, 304 nuts etc:)
Down-comer clearance as per drawings
Weir heights and spacing between sectional weirs
Seal pan dimensions and required clearance
Demister tie down requirements
Correct Gaskets
Drain hole orientation
Proper Bolt Torque
Setting of Impacts with Torque wrench
Check all Bolting with wrench
Tray clamp distortion
Shell ring to tray alignment
MANWAY Alignment
Proper orientation of trays
